Rupend connects through India's Account Aggregator framework, regulated by the RBI. You approve exactly what is shared, for how long — and can withdraw consent any time. We never ask for your bank password.

Questions
Good questions, straight answers.
Do I need to give my net-banking password?
Never. Bank linking happens through a licensed Account Aggregator, where you approve a consent request with an OTP. Rupend never sees your password or PIN.
Can Rupend move my money?
No. Rupend can only read payment information you allow. It cannot make payments, transfer money or change anything in your bank account.
What does Rupend read on my phone?
On Android, only payment alerts from banks, cards and UPI apps. Personal messages and OTPs are ignored and never leave your phone. You can switch SMS reading off any time.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. Apple doesn't let apps read messages, so on iPhone a one-minute Apple Shortcut passes your bank alerts to Rupend. The app walks you through it.
Will you show me ads or sell my data?
No. No ads, no loan offers, no reward points, no data selling. Your subscription is our only income.
How do I cancel?
In Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (or iPhone Settings → Subscriptions). You keep Rupend until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Accounts → Your account → Delete my account. It erases your account from our server and all Rupend data on your phone. You can also ask us by email. How account deletion works
