Refund Policy

Version 2026-10-27 · We want you to pay only for something you find useful.

Rupend costs ₹99 a month or ₹999 a year, including GST. Here is exactly when you can get your money back.

SituationWhat we do
Free trial (7 days)Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. We remind you 2 days before.
Your first yearly paymentFull refund within 7 days, for any reason.
A yearly renewalWe remind you 7 days before. Full refund within 14 days after it renews.
Monthly planCancel any time and keep Rupend until the month ends. Monthly payments aren't refunded for a change of mind — the free trial is there to try first. Exception: if you forgot to cancel your free trial, ask within 3 days of your first ₹99 payment.
Charged twice, or after you cancelledAlways refunded in full.
Rupend didn't work for you (your bank wouldn't link, payments kept being missed)We try to fix it within 2 working days. If we can't, or you'd rather not wait, we refund the current month or year in full.

Fair use: refunds for a change of mind or a forgotten renewal are given once per person in any 12 months.

How to ask

  1. In the app, go to Accounts → Your plan → Request a refund. Choose the reason; the app tells you straight away what to expect.
  2. Send the prefilled email — or write to rupend.app@gmail.com with your account email and the reason.
  3. A person reads every request and replies within 2 working days. Approved refunds are paid through Google Play to the payment method you used; how long it takes to arrive depends on your bank or UPI app.

iPhone

Plans bought through the App Store can only be refunded by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines and Rupend didn't work for you, write to us and we'll help.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund

Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your data stays until you delete your account.
